- The name of the Guideline Topic you are referring to.
- If applicable, the Guideline page number(s), section numbers, and recommendation numbers associated with the proposed change(s).
- List the specific request.
- The rationale for the requested change(s).
- Supporting, peer-reviewed references available in the public domain, including PDFs. Congress Abstracts may be considered if a peer-reviewed publication is in progress. Press releases are not accepted.
Suggestions for panel discussion may include new evidence to consider, changes to recommendations, or changes to the rationale for the recommendations.
